What happens next?
- The ITS Service Desk member will attempt to resolve your issue over the phone.
- If your issue cannot be resolved, the ITS Service Desk will assign the ticket to the appropriate member of our team.
- We review the ticket, send directions to the Service Desk, and they will contact you with the new plan of attack.
