Lost or Stolen Devices

If an iPad is lost or stolen from your school, here are the steps you can take:

Step 1.  File a police report with the Chicago Police Department.
Step 2.  Enter the missing/stolen device information into Verify. 

● Go to the Incident Management Module
● Select Infraction Event from menu
● Choose Property Damage or Theft

Be sure to include the serial number and asset tag of stolen device.
